【料理指南】
本產品為冷凍預炸品,無需解凍,簡單加熱即可還原現炸口感:
氣炸鍋(最推薦):無需解凍,將鹽酥雞平均鋪平,以 180°C 氣炸約 8-10 分鐘。中間建議取出搖晃籃筐使其受熱均勻,最後以 200°C 氣炸 2 分鐘,效果最為酥脆乾爽。
高溫油炸:無需解凍,放入 180°C 熱油中油炸約 3-5 分鐘,待雞塊呈金黃色並浮起即可撈起瀝乾。
焗爐烘烤:預熱至 200°C,將產品放入焗爐烘烤約 12-15 分鐘,中間翻面一次,直到表皮微起泡並發出「滋滋」聲即可享用。
美味升級秘訣:出爐後趁熱配上生蒜片或炸九層塔,更可自行撒上適量胡椒鹽,風味直逼台灣夜市現場水準!
