【料理指南】
本產品為冷凍預炸品,無需解凍,幾分鐘即可享用現炸般的美味:
氣炸鍋(最推薦):無需解凍,將鹽酥雞均勻鋪平,以 180°C 氣炸約 8-10 分鐘。中途取出搖晃籃筐使受熱均勻,最後以 200°C 氣炸 2 分鐘,可逼出多餘油脂並增加皮脆感。
高溫油炸:無需解凍,放入 180°C 熱油中油炸約 3-5 分鐘,待雞塊呈金黃色並浮起即可撈起。
焗爐烘烤:預熱至 200°C,放入焗爐烘烤約 12-15 分鐘。建議中途翻面,直至表皮微起泡並發出「滋滋」聲即可。
